Event Information

The Arthritis Foundation’s original Jingle Bell Run is a fun way to get decked out and be festive, while racing to raise funds and awareness to cure America’s #1 cause of disability.

8:00 a.m.      Registration and Packet Pick-Up Opens

8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.   

  • Festivities Begin 
    • Stage Activities and Program
    • Music, Mascots, Vendors, Exhibitor Tables, Arthritis Information, Face painting
    • Pick-up your: Race Bib, T-shirt, Medal, Bells, and Race Bib Sticker
    • Arthritis Warriors – visit the Arthritis Foundation information table to receive a green light up holiday bulb necklace.
    • How many years have you been to Jingle Bell Run? Grab a race bib sticker to show everyone your number!

9:00 a.m.      5K Run/Walk Steps Off

Day of Event Information

Check-In
Registered participants should check-in at the tables by the escalators. The escalators are in the center of Legacy Village across from Bar Louie and California Pizza Kitchen.

Registration
On-site registration will need to be completed using the participant’s own phone and a QR code provided on-site.

Donations
Only credit cards will be accepted at Jingle Bell Run. Donations can be made via a QR code using the participant’s phone. If you have cash donations, please convert cash to a check.

Run Route
Options include a 1-mile family fun run/walk route and a 5K. View the Route.

Pets
Dogs are welcome and can even enter their own costume contest!

Shirts
Every registered participant and volunteer will receive a long sleeve shirt. Pick-up your shirt at Jingle Bell Run at the shirt table.

Medals
Available for those registered participants that would like one. Pick up a medal after the race at the medal table.

Top 3 Medals
There are 3 categories of these medals that will be awarded by gender. 12 and under, 13-17, and 18+

Top Fundraisers / Team Areas
Individuals raising $750 and/or Teams raising $2500 can join us in the top team area. Details will be sent separately to those teams that qualify.

Team Captain Thank You Gift
Our first 35 team captains to register have earned a runner’s belt. Pick-up available the day of Jingle Bell Run. 

Top 25 Fundraisers
Top 25 fundraisers will receive a Jingle Bell Run clear drawstring bag with a water bottle and phone armband.

Refreshments
Water and bananas are available for all participants. Food/Beverages may be purchased on-site. Be sure to visit these Jingle Bell Run participating vendors: Bar Louie, California Pizza Kitchen, and MANA food truck.

Costume Contests
Dress in your most festive attire for a chance to win our costume contests!

Online registration closes on December 1. Shirts will be provided to all those who select the shirt option and are registered by November 27, 2023.

5K Timed – Includes long sleeve t-shirt and jingle bells.

$35 - Until Aug. 31 at 11:59 p.m. 
$40 - Sept. 1 to Oct. 31 at 11:59 p.m.
$45 - Nov. 1 to Dec. 1 at 11:59
$50 - Dec. 3 (day of event)

5K Untimed – Includes long sleeve t-shirt and jingle bells.

$30 - Until Aug. 31 at 11:59 p.m. 
$35 - Sept. 1 to Oct. 31 at 11:59 p.m.
$40 - Nov. 1 to Dec. 1 at 11:59

Virtual Jingler - Can’t attend the event, but still want to be part of the fun? Choose this option to receive a shirt and fundraise for a cure!

Registration fees and donations cannot be refunded. Your fundraising dollars are put to work immediately and enable the Arthritis Foundation to continue critical programs and services in our community.
