Walk to Cure Arthritis is the Arthritis Foundation’s nationwide signature event that unites communities across the country to put an end to arthritis. We aren't just helping the millions of people with arthritis to live better; we're charting the course to a cure.

  • 9:00 AM - Walk Registration/Check-in Opens

Event Details

  • Registration: All registered and non-registered walkers should check in at registration to receive their wristbands. Additional walkers are permitted to register on site but pre-registration is highly encouraged. Registration opens at 9:00 AM.
  • Cash or Check Donations: Please hand in at the registration tent when you check in.
  • T-Shirts: Walkers who have raised over $100 will receive event t-shirt.
  • Walk: The 2024 Walk to Cure Arthritis NYC will take you down the sidewalks of Broadway and back leading you on a tour of historic downtown NYC. Each walker will be provided a list of the significant landmarks you will see along the way. *PLEASE NOTE STREETS WILL BE OPEN SO PLEASE STAY ON THE SIDE WALKS! *
  • Snacks and Refreshments: A light breakfast of snacks, bagels, coffee, and water will be served.
  • Restrooms: There will be restrooms available on the walk site, but no designated restrooms on walk route.
  • Parking: Two convenient parking garages are located at: 95 Worth St. & 35 Reade St.
  • Dress: DRESS to IMPRESS! Wear your favorite green and purple accessories, bring noisemakers, pompoms, banners and more!
  • MOST IMPORTANT: Come ready to celebrate our incredible warriors and our community! Together we are making a change and taking steps towards a CURE! SEE YOU SATURDAY, MAY 18! RAIN OR SHINE!
