Walk to Cure Arthritis is the Arthritis Foundation’s nationwide signature event that unites communities across the country to put an end to arthritis. We aren't just helping the millions of people with arthritis to live better; we're charting the course to a cure.

Saturday, April 20, 2024
- 9:00 a.m. – Registration and Event Festivities Begin
- 9:30 a.m. - Walker Warm-Up
- 9:40 a.m. - Opening Ceremonies
- 10:00 a.m. – Walk Begins
- 11:00 a.m. – Silent Auction Ends
June 1 is the final deadline to turn in funds to count towards awards and prizes
Event Details
- Parking: Complimentary: please let the parking attendant at the gate know you are there for the Arthritis Foundation event as an event participant
- On-site Contactless Registration: registration is highly encouraged prior to the event day, but you may also register on-site using your cell phone. Invite your friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers to Walk to Cure Arthritis! If they haven't already registered online, they can register from their digital device.
- Individuals that raised $100 or more are eligible to receive the 2024 Walk to Cure Arthritis event T-shirt: stop by registration to pick-up your Walk t-shirt. If you register later than April 1 (and are eligible to receive the event t-shirt), there is a chance the t-shirt will need to be mailed to you the following week.
- Donations: stop by registration to turn in any donations you have collected or to make a donation.
- Food: enjoy complimentary refreshments pre & post event
- Silent Auction: come ready to shop on event day. From awesome restaurants, local attractions, tutoring and wine tasting – there’s something for everyone! The auction will close at 11:00 am. Winners will pay for through the Walk to Cure Arthritis website and take their items home
- Top Team Tailgate: all teams who raise $1,500 or more will receive a private reserved tent space in the team tailgate area. Top Team tailgate will have special treats & goodies, shoutout from the stage, all in a private area to celebrate your success!
- Arthritis Warriors: be sure to visit the Arthritis Foundation tent to learn more about available tools and resources, ways to get involved and for the opportunity to meet other warriors at the event. While you are there, write a message of hope on one of the rocks and “plant” it on the garden to inspire others!
- Warrior Way: it is our tradition to highlight Arthritis Warriors along the walk route for extra motivation, inspiration, and public awareness! If you are an arthritis warrior (or if you are walking in honor of a warrior) and would like to be included, please email a high-resolution quality photo and your name to [email protected] by April 12 . We are excited to celebrate our warriors!
- Kids Zone: enjoy arts & crafts, games, lots of fun activities, face painting and more!
- Dogs Welcome: dogs on leashes are welcome to join you at the Walk to Cure Arthritis. Please clean up after your pet and keep your pet on a leash at all times.
