Walk to Cure Arthritis is the Arthritis Foundation’s nationwide signature event that unites communities across the country to put an end to arthritis. We aren't just helping the millions of people with arthritis to live better; we're charting the course to a cure.

8:00 a.m. - Festivities Begin & Check-In Day of Registration Opens
9:00 a.m. - Opening Ceremony
9:30 a.m. - Walk Begins
10:30 a.m. - Silent Auction Closes
10:45 a.m. - Winners will pay online and take item home/Silent Auction Pickup Event Wrap Up
Complimentary Parking – Please let the Jacksonville Arboretum parking attendant know you are there for the Arthritis Foundation event.
On-site Contactless Registration - Registration is highly encouraged prior to event day, but you may also register on-site using your cell phone through the event website. Invite your friends, family, neighbors and co-workers to Walk to Cure Arthritis!
Individual Participants that Raised $100+ - Stop by registration to pick-up your Walk t-shirt. *Shirts were preordered a few weeks ago. In the event that we run out of shirts on Saturday, the shirt will be mailed directly to your home.
Donations - Stop by registration to turn in or make a donation.
New!! Walk to Cure Arthritis Silent Auction - Come ready to shop on event day. From awesome restaurants, trip to Antigua, local attractions, tutoring and wine tasting – there’s something for everyone! The auction will close at 10:30 am. Winners will pay through the Walk to Cure Arthritis website and take their items home.
Food - Enjoy complimentary refreshments pre & post event: Visit the Dunkin’ Cruiser for complimentary coffee (courtesy of Dunkin’) and stop by the refreshment booth for donuts (courtesy of Dunkin’), pastries (courtesy of Publix and Costco) water bottles (courtesy of Wawa), and lunchboxes courtesy of PDQ!
Kids Zone & Event Day Fun – Enjoy music, meaningful connections with others, face painting by First Coast Face Paint, arts & crafts, games and lots of fun activities led by our friends from Mathnasium, MOSH, Gator Clowns and 501st Squad! Participant warm-up, courtesy of Jennifer Desantis (Camp Gladiator Fitness), National Anthem (performed by Chloe Dresback), Meet Amanda DeVoe WJXT Channel 4 Anchor & Reporter (Walk to Cure Arthritis event emcee).
Team Captains - Be sure to stop by the Arthritis Foundation booth on Walk Day, to pick up your Team Captain gift.
Team Tailgate - Congratulations to our teams who have raised $2000+ to qualify for Team Tailgate: Cure for Cadence, Holland & Knight, Team Jack, Ivy’s Rainbow Rangers and Amazing Alexis!
Arthritis Warriors visit the Arthritis Foundation booth to learn more about available tools and resources, ways to get involved and for the opportunity to meet other warriors. While you are there, write a message of hope on one of the rocks and “plant” it on the garden to inspire others!
Dogs Welcome – Puppy needs a break? Visit the doggie stop for treats and water bowls. Please keep your dog on leash at all times and please clean up after your pet. Jacksonville will Walk to Cure Arthritis, rain or shine!!
