Did you know you can earn a course sign to honor your arthritis warrior or warriors? If you complete the three steps below, a sign with your warrior will be along the route at the upcoming Walk to Cure Arthritis in Memorial Park!

• Register a team here and recruit at least FIVE teammates.
• Fundraise or donate at least $200 to your fundraising page.
• Email a photo and the below information for your warrior sign to Jen Small at [email protected]:
  • Name
  • Diagnosis
  • Age at diagnosis
  • Hometown
  • Quote or dedication (40 word max)

The deadline to recruit the 5 teammates and to reach the $200 goal is May 1, 2020!
