Event Information

The Arthritis Foundation’s original Jingle Bell Run is a fun way to get decked out and be festive, while racing to raise funds and awareness to cure America’s #1 cause of disability.

  • 10:30 a.m. - 1 Mile Fun Run begins

  • 11:30 a.m. - Farewell

EMCEE: WATE TV is joining us again this year and Lori Tucker will be back to emcee the event! 

START/FINISH: Start/finish will be located on World’s Fair Park Dr in front of the Christmas Tree. Please note that 1 mile Fun Run/Walkers will start 15 mins after the 5K begins. The 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk will begin at 10:30AM.

SPONSOR/VENDOR VILLAGE and Mission/Santa's Village will all take place in the Amphitheatre this year! All Sponsors will be located on the stage and will be provided a 6 ft table, personalized banner and tablecloth. We will be forgoing the tents for our partners this year since we will be covered under the amphitheater.

5K Timed – Includes shirt and jingle bells.

$35 - Until Aug. 31 at 11:59 p.m. 
$40 - Sept. 1 to Oct. 31 at 11:59 p.m.
$45 - Nov. 1 to Dec. 13 at 11:59 p.m.
$50 - Dec. 14 (day of event)

5K Untimed – Includes shirt and jingle bells.

$30 - Until Aug. 31 at 11:59 p.m. 
$35 - Sept. 1 to Oct. 31 at 11:59 p.m.
$40 - Nov. 1 to Dec. 13 at at 11:59 p.m.
$45 - Dec. 14 (day of event)

Virtual Jingler - Can’t attend the event, but still want to be part of the fun? Choose this option to receive a shirt and fundraise for a cure!

Registration fees and donations cannot be refunded. Your fundraising dollars are put to work immediately and enable the Arthritis Foundation to continue critical programs and services in our community.

Packet Pickup

We will be hosting a Packet Pick up on Friday, December 13th from 2PM-5PM at Runner’s Market (4443 Kingston Pike Knoxville, TN 37919.) 

There will be 3 lines on event day:

  1. Pre-registered: All pre-registered participants will come to this line to pick up their event t-shirt and bib.
  2. Day of Registration: Since registration is paperless this year, there will be 2 kiosks set up as well as QR codes to the registration site. Those not registered can sign up on their personal phone using the QR code.
  3. Volunteer Check-in: Please check in with staff if you are volunteering, they will direct you from here.

Parking information

PARKING can be found in the North Lot which is across the street from the Foundry. There is also free parking in the Locust Street Garage. 

Special Parking for our 2024 Honorees will be located under the Clinch Bridge overpass. Each Honoree will receive 1 parking pass.  This Parking Pass will need to be displayed on the dash for the event.

 

Other Information
  • This event is dog friendly! NEW THIS YEAR: Patter is sponsoring our TOP DOG competition this year! Join us at the stage area to name our “2024 TOP DOG”
  • RAIN OR SHINE EVENT! This event is rain or shine. We will be closely monitoring the weather in Knoxville. Should there be inclement weather (lightning), the event will be canceled or postponed. Keep an eye on the Arthritis Foundation Tennessee Facebook page for the most up to date information.
  • Earth Fare will be joining us this year! They will be located in our vendor area and will be serving fruit, granola bars and water!
  • Entertainment includes: Santa Claus, Santa’s Village, Christmas Vacation Truckster, photo backdrop, Kid's Craft Area
