 Donica Liu Baker, MD, FACR is a board-certified rheumatologist practicing the art of medicine in her beloved hometown of St. Louis, Missouri. As a Kinesiology major in college at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, she developed an early passion for helping patients improve their mobility, which evolved into an interest in arthritis and autoimmune diseases. For her, the best part of being in medicine is having a window of perspective to understand humanity from all walks of life, and getting to see points of view that are different from her own. She recently published “The Rheumatoid Arthritis Roadmap” and “The Psoriatic Arthritis Roadmap”.

Ryan Terstriep, DPT, is a physical therapist with Signature Medical Group. His care philosophy? Exercise is medicine! "With proper guidance and exercise programming, patients can benefit from movement to restore function." Ryan became a physical therapist because he was once a patient himself. After a number of athletic injuries, physical therapy allowed him to make a full recovery and he was able to return to the sports he loved. And finally, he's a diehard 
Nathan Benitez, a vibrant 6-year-old thriving in kindergarten. Whether on the baseball field, casting a fishing line, or enjoying outdoor play with friends, Nathan approaches life with boundless energy. Despite being diagnosed with polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis over a year ago, his resilience shines through weekly injections that have been improving his condition. With a special bond with his sister, Isabelle, Nathan looks to the future, dreaming of becoming a scientist or a dedicated baseball coach. His enthusiasm and determination make him a remarkable young individual with a world of possibilities ahead.
