2023 Jingle Bell Run Honorees

Kristina Hadam
Rheumatoid Arthritis
Adult Honoree

Kristina was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in her 20’s. As her mother was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis as a young adult, she already knew about the devastating impact the disease has on joints and daily functioning. Since being diagnosed, Kristina has volunteered for the Arthritis Foundation in hopes of raising awareness and finding a cure. One of her volunteer roles is advocating for awareness, especially for young adults navigating this chronic disease. During her pregnancy and postpartum recovery, Kristina’s daily function was impacted by flares. This experience has led her to be passionate about advocating for better treatment options for individuals during and after pregnancy.

Ella Rabin
Juvenile Arthritis
Youth Honoree

Ella Rabin is a 16-year-old High School junior who was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis at the age of 8.  She has been a volunteer with the Arthritis Foundation all her life as she has an older sister and mom both with JA. Ella represents the arthritis foundation and Kids with Ja as a junior ambassador. She remains a dancer and varsity cheerleader.

Ella created an advocacy initiative with her sisters for kids in PA as well. Although Ella struggles with physical limitations because of JA, she is happy that it does not hold her back from her dreams.  With the help of the arthritis foundation she is able to “Live Yes!” every day.
