Kaylee Milano
Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis
Youth Honoree

Kaylee's journey with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) started 3 years ago when she fell seriously ill. After many months of blood tests, scans and hospitalizations she was diagnosed. Kaylee has displayed tremendous strength, pushing through the hardships like a trooper. She has made it a point to not let anything slow her down. Her goal is to make people smile. Knowing firsthand the daunting nature of hospital stays, Kaylee started "Kay's Kaps," a foundation that collects crocheted/knitted hats to brighten the days of those undergoing medical challenges. This summer Kaylee attended her first juvenile arthritis camp and is so excited to participate in this year's Jingle Bell Run, raising much need funds and ensuring other kids can experience the joy of Camp. Join or support Kay's Kaps.

Adeline Beach
Juvenile Polyarticular Arthritis & Uveitis
Teen Honoree

In 2015 Addie was diagnosed with a rare childhood disease, uveitis, linked to juvenile arthritis, which caused severe eye inflammation. Timely diagnosis saved her from potential blindness. Subsequent medical visits revealed juvenile polyarticular arthritis affecting five or more joints. As a result of these diagnoses, Addie has a daily regimen of medications and eye drops. Despite trying numerous treatments over the years, she is yet to find a combination that effectively treats her Uveitis.

Adeline struggles with every day tasks that most teenagers her age never have to think about like opening doors, getting dressed and walking

Throughout this journey, the Arthritis Foundation has been a steadfast source of support for Adeline and her family, providing assistance through JA camps, JA Summits, and advocacy efforts on Capitol Hill.

Join or support, Addie and her team Tude to Fight today.
