Event Information

The Arthritis Foundation’s original Jingle Bell Run is a fun way to get decked out and be festive, while racing to raise funds and awareness to cure America’s #1 cause of disability.

Event Schedule

Saturday, December 9, 2023

8:00 a.m. - Day of event contactless registration (if not pre-registered by Friday, 12/8 5:00 p.m. you can register from your digital device)

8:15 a.m. - Festivities Begin & Visit from Santa

8:20 a.m. - Opening ceremony, awards for top fundraising teams & individuals announced. Participant warm-up, courtesy of Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute.

9:00 a.m. - 5K Untimed fun-run / 1-Mile Start. Runners to line up first, followed by walkers, then strollers, please. While the run is untimed, there will be a clock at finish line.

10:00 a.m. - Kids Dash (Kids under 10 years old will meet Race Director at finish line)

10:15 a.m. - Overall top male/female winners and costume contest winners announced.

10:20 a.m. - Team Captain toast at Gator’s patio area.

10:30 a.m. - Silent Auction closes. Winners will pay online and take item home.

5K Untimed – Includes shirt and jingle bells.

$30 - Until Aug. 31 at 11:59 p.m. 
$35 - Sept. 1 to Oct. 31 at 11:59 p.m.
$40 - Nov. 1 to Dec. 8
$45 - Dec. 9 (day of event)

Virtual Jingler - Can’t attend the event, but still want to be part of the fun? Choose this option to receive a shirt and fundraise for a cure!
$25 - Until Aug. 31 at 11:59 p.m.
$30 - Sept. 1 - Dec. 9 (day of event)

Registration fees and donations cannot be refunded. Your fundraising dollars are put to work immediately and enable the Arthritis Foundation to continue critical programs and services in our community.

Event Day Details

December 31, 2023 - Final date to turn in donations to count towards team standings.

Top Team Tailgate: Teams who raise $3,000 or more are eligible to receive a private reserved space in the team tailgate area. Teams who qualify will receive a tent, team sign, table, chairs, team member shirts & jingle bells delivered to your space, special treats & goodies, and a shoutout from the stage! Top Teams in this area are encouraged to decorate their tent and there will be a prize for most festive Team Tailgate tent. To reserve your Top Team Tailgate space please email [email protected]

Warrior Way: Be sure to send in a photo of the Arthritis Warrior in your life to be represented on a Faces of Arthritis sign along Warrior Way on the route. Please email your photo to [email protected] by 12/1/23. We’re excited to recognize and celebrate our arthritis warriors!

Parking Information: Free parking is available along the Baldwin Park side streets. Free parking lots located on Meeting Place North and South of New Broad St. There is a parking lot off Jake St. as well.
