Dr. Tyris completed his fellowship in rheumatology at Drexel University College of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of South Carolina after completing medical school at Georgetown University School of Medicine. He has published research on pseudoseptic arthritis and has been involved in numerous projects looking at disease activity scores for rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. He was born and raised in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Dr. Tyris has a vast knowledge and experience in rheumatology including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gout, osteoarthritis, lupus, osteoporosis, and fibromyalgia. He has extensive experience in musculoskeletal ultrasound and uses this tool when performing a wide variety of joint injections.

Dr. Tyris’ dedication to patient care has earned him Top Doctor Awards in 2020 and 2021.
