Dr. Hunter Vincent has served as the Director of Clinical Research at the Orthohealing Center for several years. He has authored several peer reviewed publications and multiple textbook chapters on Orthobiologics in Sports Medicine and Pain Management. He has presented Orthohealing’s research at several internationally recognized orthopedic conferences. Dr Vincent is the annual Moderator at the Orthobiologic Institute (TOBI), a premier symposium with cadaver labs featuring the foremost experts in tendon, cartilage, and spine disease from around the world. Dr Vincent concentrates on reducing pain and keeping his patients active with an empathetic hands on approach. Learn more about Dr. Vincent here.

Shadi Seyedyousef, Ed.D
Rheumatoid Arthritis
Adult Honoree


Dr. Shadi Seyedyousef (she/her) is an Iranian immigrant, educator, and activist based in Los Angeles. She came to the United States at the age of 3 after being diagnosed with severe juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. She has been teaching for more than 10 years, finding particular joy in teaching young children how to read. She recently founded Love & Liberation Educational Consulting, LLC, focused on doing the work of creating a better world for all through radical hope, revolutionary love, joyful resistance, and critical praxis. She is delighted to be one of this year's Arthritis Walk Honorees.

Farron Dozier
SFC, Retired, US Army
Veteran Honoree


An Army veteran, Farron experienced exertional sickling with rhabdomyolysis and was medically retired due to arthritis, musculoskeletal issues, severe joint pain and fatigue. Since being medically discharged in 2013, Farron has made it his mission to advocate for the sickle cell, veteran and arthritis communities. As an advocate, radio host and producer, he uses his broadcasting platform to increase education and raise awareness for SCT, arthritis, lupus, and other conditions.
