Tim Constien
Enterprise Claims Adjusting Services Vice President, American Family Insurance
Corporate Honoree

Tim currently serves as the Enterprise Claims Adjusting Services Vice President for American Family. In his role, he is accountable for leading the division to deliver great customer outcomes and restore customers’ Dreams, delivering on the vision, mission and values of the organization.

Tim joined American Family in 1991 after graduating from Carroll University with a degree in business administration (Finance/Economics). Tim’s career with American Family includes various positions within Claims, including Personal Lines Claims Vice President from 2008 to 2014. In 2014, Tim assumed the role as Personal Lines President and American Family selected Tim as Chief Customer Officer from 2016 to 2017.

Tim, and his wife Deb, live in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin and have one son, Jacob. Tim serves the School and Church for Peace Lutheran in Sun Prairie and has served in the past as Corporate Chair for the Arthritis Walk of Dane County. He and Deb are also active in the United Way of Dane County as Tocqueville members.

Stella Mordini
Systemic Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis
Youth Honoree  

Stella is an animated five-year-old who loves to dance and enjoys both ballet and tap. In March 2017, she was diagnosed with systemic juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. Stella especially loves celebrating her May 1st birthday when it coincides with walk day!
