Michael P. Palmer, MD The Christ Hospital Physicians Medical Honoree Michael P. Palmer, MD, is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with The Christ Hospital Physicians. Dr. Palmer is a graduate of the Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, did his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, and a Fellowship in Orthopedic Sports Medicine with Cincinnati Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center. He sees patients at the Montgomery, Liberty Township, and Red Bank offices. |
Ila McElfresh Juvenile Arthritis Youth Honoree Ila McElfresh was diagnosed with Juvenile Arthritis as a young child; Ila is now 9 years old and her mom, who is an orthopaedic nurse practitioner, will tell you the many ways arthritis slows Ila down, all that Ila has to endure, how her arthritis often prevents her from doing the things other kids her age can do. But Ila is an energetic and determined girl who wants to be active and pain-free just like other kids her age, and she’s proud to be our Youth Honoree for this year’s Jingle Bell Run. |
