2019 Jingle Bell Run Volunteer Information

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2019 Charlotte Jingle Bell Run. All volunteers must register online.

Below are important details about volunteering at the event:

EVENT DATE: Saturday, December 14, 2019

EVENT SCHEDULE:

Time of Arrival: 5:30AM
Departure Time: Approx. 11:30AM

7:30AM - 8:45AM          Registration Open
8:30AM - 8:45AM          Children’s Reindeer Dash
8:45AM – 9:00AM         Opening Ceremony / Warm-up
9:00AM                          5K Start Time
10:00AM                        1-mile Fun Run/Walk Starts
Approx. 10:30AM           Awards Announced

EVENT LOCATION: St. Matthew Catholic Church – 8015 Ballantyne Commons Pkwy., Charlotte NC 28277

ASSIGNMENTS: You will receive your assignment at volunteer registration in the following areas – Crowd Control, Registration, Incentives, VIP/Team Tailgate, Santa’s Village, Water Stop, Raffle or Food.
