The Arthritis Foundation’s original Jingle Bell Run is a fun way to get decked out and be festive, while racing to raise funds and awareness to cure America’s #1 cause of disability.

Parking: Free parking is available along the Baldwin Park side streets. Free parking lots located on Meeting Place North and South of New Broad St. There is a parking lot off Jake St as well.
Event Schedule
Saturday, December 14, 2024
The Jingle Bell Run will be held rain or shine. We do not have the ability to reschedule the event.
- 7:30 a.m. – Check-In &/or Day of event contactless registration (if not pre-registered by Friday, 12/13 - 5:00 p.m. you can register from your digital device at the event)
- 8:00 a.m. - Festivities Begin
- 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. - Visit from Santa & friends
- 8:20 a.m. - Opening ceremony, awards for top fundraising teams & individuals announced. Participant warm-up, courtesy of Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute.
- 9:00 a.m. - 5K Untimed fun-run / walk or 1-Mile Start..
- 10:00 a.m. - Kids Dash (Kids under 10 years old will meet Race Director at finish line)
- 10:15 a.m. - Overall top male/female winners, most festive tailgate tent and costume contest winners announced.
- 10:20 a.m. - Team Captain toast at Gator’s patio area.
- 10:30 a.m. - Silent Auction closes. Winners will pay online and take items home.

5K Untimed – Includes shirt and jingle bells.
$30 - Until Aug. 31 at 11:59 p.m.
$35 - Sept. 1 to Oct. 31 at 11:59 p.m.
$40 - Nov. 1 to Dec. 13 at 11:59 p.m.
$45 - Dec. 14 (day of event)
Virtual Jingler - Can’t attend the event, but still want to be part of the fun? Choose this option to receive a shirt and fundraise for a cure!
$25 - Until Aug. 31 at 11:59 p.m.
$30 - Sept. 1 to Dec. 14 (day of event)
Registration fees and donations cannot be refunded. Your fundraising dollars are put to work immediately and enable the Arthritis Foundation to continue critical programs and services in our community.

Event Day Details
Leashed Dogs and Strollers Welcome
Top Team Tailgate: Teams who raised $3,000 or more will receive a private reserved space in the team tailgate area. Top Team tailgate will receive a tent, team sign, table, team member shirts & jingle bells delivered to your space, special treats (courtesy of Serendipity Catering and Events, shoutout from the stage, all in a private area to celebrate your success!
Top Team Tailgate Contest: Top Teams in this area are encouraged to decorate their tent. There will be a prize for the most festive Team Tailgate tent. *Optional
Costume Contest & Awards: Categories will include Best Individual, Best Team, Best ‘sleigh’ (stroller, wheelchair, etc.), and Best Dog costume. Winners will be announced after the run! Overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female will receive top finisher medal. The current top five teams and individuals will be recognized with awards as well. All registered participants will receive a finisher medal at the finish line!
Silent Auction: Be sure to come prepared to bid on awesome items at the silent auction table. You’re sure to get a head start on your holiday shopping at the Jingle Bell Run. The silent auction features some great holiday gifts for everyone on your list, and maybe even something for you!
Warrior Winter Wonderland: If you or a loved one are an Arthritis Warrior, be sure to stop by the Arthritis Foundation tent to meet others, grab a snack, get your color bead to identify your type of arthritis. Write a message of hope or WHY you jingle on a snowflake for the Warrior Wishing Tree!
Kid’s Zone: Kids can take part in fun activities including letter writing to Santa, holiday crafts, and more. Don’t forget to have the littlest littles (10 and under) at the finish line at 10:00 am to participate in the Kid Dash run.
Doggie Rest Area: Our furry friends can enjoy doggy treats, water bowls and belly rubs!
Activities: The Jingle Bell Run photo station will be available for participants and teams to take fun photos. Be sure to stop by all our sponsor tables as well – many have fun giveaways AND our generous sponsors are eager to see you!
