Walk to Cure Arthritis is the Arthritis Foundation’s nationwide signature event that unites communities across the country to put an end to arthritis. We aren't just helping the millions of people with arthritis to live better; we're charting the course to a cure.

Event Details
- The Walk will start at The Boathouse @ 710 Wharf St SW, Washington DC, DC 20024-3434. Click here for the full event map.
- All registered and non-registered walkers should check in at registration.
- Metro transportation: L'efant Plaza and Waterfront metro stations.
- Parking garage: Wharf Garage 1 @ 700 Water St SW Entrance. Click here for the parking directions map.
- Cash or Check Donations: Please turn in all donations at registration. All checks should be made payable to Arthritis Foundation with your team name in the memo of the check.
- T-Shirts: Walkers who have raised over $100 will receive an event t-shirt at check-in.
- Team Tailgate: Our top fundraising teams will each have a special table for their team to gather along with a few goodies to celebrate their hard work!
- Walk Route: The walk route is approximately a 1-mile loop around the Wharf property marked with green arrows along the way

Restrooms: Property bathrooms are located at the Jetty Terminal Building on Transit Pier, below Cantina Bambina (wheelchair accessible) and on Water Street SW below 800 Maine Avenue next to Array Floral (wheelchair accessible)
