Walk to Cure Arthritis is the Arthritis Foundation’s nationwide signature event that unites communities across the country to put an end to arthritis. We aren't just helping the millions of people with arthritis to live better; we're charting the course to a cure.

Event Schedule

Sunday, June 1st, 2025

9:00 AM: Registration opens
10:00 AM: Program begins
10:30 AM: Walk begins
11:30 AM: Walk ends

Event Details

  • Parking: Free parking at Stanley Park.  Look out for the Walk to Cure Arthritis signs.
  • Dogs are welcome as long as they remain leashed, and the owners clean up after them. 
  • Food and Beverages: We will have water and light refreshments, but feel free to bring a picnic for your team to enjoy Stanley Park.
  • T-shirts: All registrants who raise or donate $100+ get a free t-shirt at registration
  • What if it rains? This event is rain or shine!  We have access to the covered pavilion.  We will walk outside for the 1-mile or 5k walk course, so make sure to bring a raincoat if necessary. If there’s lightning, we’ll find an alternate activity besides walking.
