The safety and wellbeing of our participants, volunteers, event staff, and supporters is always our top priority. As we prepare the 2020 California Coast Classic Bike Tour, we’re closely monitoring the developments related to COVID-19. That includes engaging a medical advisory team, staying in close contact with local municipalities on our route and using updates and information from the California Department of Public Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the World Health Organization to help us plan and execute an event that everyone can enjoy. Based on the information available to us today, we are continuing our preparations for the event. It is our commitment to keep all participants informed.
Join us for the Ride of a Lifetime! The 20th annual California Coast Classic (CCC) is a fully-supported boutique tour limited to 250 riders to raise funds for the Arthritis Foundation. Ride the iconic Highway 1—from San Francisco to Los Angeles among waves, woods, and wineries—fully supported at your own pace. We ride along coastal roads and camp or hotel in areas not open to larger groups. The CCC covers 525 miles over 8 days during the best time of year in California. Click here for full details.
In order to open up the CCC experience to all who want to be involved, we are introducing THE REMOTE RIDE X CCC CHALLENGE (RR X CCC) so everyone can participate in CCC 20 on their terms. Remote Riders will be able to log miles when they can, share where they ride, take on a variety of challenges, enjoy comradery with friends and teammates, and fundraise to earn swag and prizes, all while supporting the Arthritis Foundation’s mission. See more details about the RR X CCC Challenge HERE.
We will continue to provide updates as we get closer to the Tour. Keep pedaling and thank you for your ongoing support.
