 Simone was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in 2018, at the age of 40, after years of seeking answers to her symptoms. Although this past year has been challenging, Simone has completely transformed her health with PRAYER, diet changes, exercise and rest. She has also worked with a rheumatologist who has assisted her with a treatment regimen. Simone's heartfelt desire is to inspire others to confront chronic illnesses with faith, hope, determination, and profound trust in their inner strength. Simone's family is her rock, with granddaughter Millie being a constant source of joy. Simone was blessed to find a hiking group that has truly transformed her life LOBO (Living Our Best Outdoors) Fitness. This group has allowed her to discover solace in nature's beauty, uplifting her spirit and nourishing her soul.
