2024 Jingle Bell Run Honorees

Kevin Gadd
Osteoarthritis
Adult Honoree

Kevin "Chief" Gadd was introduced to Arthur Itis (as he called it when he was young) as a child, because his mother suffered from Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) for over 50 years.

After he retired from the Air Force in 2008 as a Chief, he was looking for a way to get involved with the Arthritis Foundation. He decided to join the Classic Auto Show committee, leading the event through the COVID years. Chief Gadd also spent four years on the local leadership board of the Arthritis Foundation. He also suffers from osteoarthritis which has forced him to give up running. But, he will be walking with his team during this year's Jingle Bell Run.

Hannah Gill
Juvenile Arthritis
Teen Honoree

Hannah was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis when she was just 4 years old. This diagnosis at such a young age was very overwhelming and scary. Learning about what this disease is and how it will affect her, her parents began grieving the life that would likely look very different now as they tried to learn as much as possible, start making connections, and work to understand how to best help their little girl. She most likely had arthritis starting as a baby, but did not have the resources in her rural area for a quick diagnosis. Read More
