The Arthritis Foundation’s original Jingle Bell Run is a fun way to get decked out and be festive, while racing to raise funds and awareness to cure America’s #1 cause of disability.

Event Schedule

Sunday, December 11, 2022

  • 8:00 a.m. - Registration, expo area and VIP areas open     
  • 9:00 a.m. - Opening remarks and kids fun run
  • 9:30 a.m. - Race begins (5K timed, 5K untimed, 1 mile)   
  • 10:00 a.m. - Race winners announced  
  • 10:30 a.m. - Top teams and costume contest winners announced
  • 12:00 p.m. - Event concludes

Team Captains: You or a designated team member CAN pick up packets for your entire team on Saturday, Dec. 10 at packet pickup. Just email Barbara Abbey, [email protected], and let her know before 5:00 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 8. Note: please let your team members know that someone will be picking up for your entire team, so they don’t come to the store unnecessarily.

Day-of Event Packet Pick-up: Sunday, December 11 from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. at event registration area at Washington Park.

Event Day Details

  • Parking Information  - Parking will be available on the streets around Washington Park on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not block resident driveways or intersections, and obey all posted parking signs, or your car may be ticketed or towed! (Note: The Arthritis Foundation and its volunteers/event planners are not responsible for parking ticket(s) or any other violations incurred before, during or after the Jingle Bell Run event.)
  • Dogs Welcome - Well-behaved, leashed dogs will be welcome AND are invited to participate in the Doggie Costume Contest! Dog owners are responsible to clean up pet waste immediately and place in a trash bin.
  • Strollers Welcome - Families with small children, including those in strollers, are welcome and encouraged to attend!
  • Course Information - The Colorado Jingle Bell Run is a 5K/1K run or walk around beautiful Washington Park in the heart of Denver. The run/walk will be clearly marked, with a map posted on this site closer to event day.
  • Award Categories & Top Finisher Information - The following awards will be presented at the end of the event

Registration fees and donations cannot be refunded. Your fundraising dollars are put to work immediately and enable the Arthritis Foundation to continue critical programs and services in our community.
