 Meet Buffalo Walk to Cure Arthritis Youth Honoree, Khloe June Kibby! In 2017, at the age of 4, her family noticed that Khloe’s knee and leg were swollen with no apparent injury. The next few days were a blur as they went from her primary doctor, to a pediatric orthopedic, to a pediatric rheumatologist who confirmed Khloe’s diagnosis - juvenile idiopathic arthritis. A few days later, a pediatric ophthalmologist discovered the arthritis also manifested in her eye as uveitis. Treatment began immediately with a small surgery.
