Frequently Asked Questions 

Below are some of our most frequently asked questions; if you don't see your question below, use the chatbot in the bottom right corner of this page, and we'll do our best to get you your answer.

  1. How much does it cost to run?
    Fees are the same for team members and participants. Click on Event Information under the event menu for the schedule of fees and deadlines.
  2. I want to register as a team member, but I did not see my team listed.
    If your team was registered last year, you can restart your team and you will be the new Team Captain. You can always promote someone else to be the Team Captain, at a later date. If you are a new team and are looking to join a team that you don’t see listed, contact your Team Captain to find out when they will be registering or if they have changed the name. 
  3. What do I get for my registration fee?
    All participants will receive a Jingle Bell Run shirt and a medal.
  4. What if I can't make it to packet pickup?
    You can pick up your shirt and race bib the morning of the race. Just come to the registration area to get your race packet.  
  5. How do I turn in offline donations?
    Checks or Money Orders can be mailed to:

  6. Can I change my shirt size?
    Bring your t-shirt to any of the packet pickup locations or to the Packet Pick-up tent on race day to switch out your t-shirt size.
  7. Is there a kids run?
    Everyone gets to run the fun run! Since this event is not timed, everyone is considered a big kid and should have as much fun as the kids during the race!
  8. I can't make it to the race, can I get a refund? 
    No, registration fees cannot be refunded or transferred. Your fundraising dollars are put to work immediately and enable The Arthritis Foundation to continue critical programs and services in our community.
  9. Where can I find the race results?
    Race results will be posted for all participants within XXX days and more information about race results will be provided closer to event date.
  10. What happens if it rains?
    Jingle Bell Run is rain, snow, or shine!
  11. Can I register a family member?
    Yes. When you reach the "Registration Details" of the registration process, you will see the "Save & Add Another Participant" button at the bottom of the page. If you choose to do so, you should enter that person's contact information, including a unique email address. You can register up to 10 people.
  12. Are the routes accessible to people who use wheelchairs or scooters?
    Yes. All our routes are accessible for participants in wheelchairs or scooters and families with strollers or wagons.
  13. What if a friend wants to come along at the last minute and isn't registered?
    No problem. They can register the morning of the event as a team member or individual at the event.
  14. Is there a fundraising minimum?
    We encourage everyone to fundraise! It's easy to get started, just log in to your participant dashboard and click on Create a Facebook Fundraiser after clicking on Dashboard at the top menu of the page.
