Philadelphia Region Walk Week Kick-Off Event from 6:30 – 6:45 p.m.
We will kick off our Walk Week Program for all – come hear about all things Walk including all of our scheduled events, a great scavenger hunt, our contests throughout the week and all the amazing prizes you can win!
Kids Get Arthritis, Too – Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at 6:45 p.m.
JA Families are invited to join us for a Mini Family Day program. There will be a separate breakout room for kids to participate in some fun activities. At the same time, parents can join a special program featuring healthcare specialists talking about Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis and other rheumatic diseases.

Join us for an amazing event with Cindy Senk, M.Ed Rehabilitation, RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher), Certified Personal Trainer & Owner of Movement for All. Yoga for Arthritis was developed at a leading research university by an interdisciplinary team of rheumatologists, psychologist, public health researchers & yoga therapists. Combining yoga practices & medical knowledge, this program offers modifications to address the unique abilities and challenges of people with arthritis. Come get your MOVE ON!

Join Deb, virtually, in her kitchen as she teaches us how to make healthy mocktails & smoothies! Can you guess the colors we will be making? Recipes & handouts will be provided!

Fun Friday – Bingo & Happy Hour!
Let’s wind down and celebrate our week! Join us for Bingo where you can win great prizes from Coach or Gift Cards! We will play 5 rounds of bingo and enjoy a cold beverage together! RSVP Deadline for this event is Wednesday, June 3. Your Bingo card will be sent electronically and can be played on your phone, tablet or computer. Each attendee must register separately and have their own device to use for Bingo.
