Pam Daul
Adult Honoree

Pam’s journey with arthritis started shortly after she gave birth to her youngest daughter, Hayden in 2008. She was experiencing extreme fatigue, and had severe pain in her hands, so much that she had a hard time lifting her daughter.

Her journey has had many ups and downs. She used the diagnosis as an excuse not to stay physically active, which in turn made her feel worse. In 2020, she finally took her physical & mental health into her own hands. She does at least 45 minutes of intentional movement every day and eats as clean as possible. For her mental health she spends time each day with God, creates letterboard messages for all her Facebook friends & just tries to spread joy to those around her.
