When does registration close?

Registration closes at midnight on Wednesday, December 4. After that, you may register at packet pick-up or day of the event at the registration booth.

Where is packet pick-up?

Pack pick-up is at the Kitsap Regional Library—Port Orchard Branch located at 87 Sidney Avenue on Friday, December 6 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. PLEASE NOTE—Team Captains are responsible for picking up packets for the entire team. If you do not pick up your packet on Friday, it will be available at the registration booth on event day beginning at 11:00 a.m.

Where is the start/finish line?

The start/finish line is directly in front of Port Orchard City Hall.

What is the route?

The run starts in front of Port Orchard City Hall and follows Bay Street through downtown to the Annapolis Dock and back. View Route Map

Where can I park?

Parking is available on the streets in the downtown area. There is also a shuttle available from the South Kitsap High School to the downtown area. The shuttle service is as follows:  

Before the event:  Transportation will be available from the South Kitsap High School north lot (main entrance) from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. (last bus).  

After the event:  Return trips back to the South Kitsap High School will be from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (last bus)    

No animals will be allowed on the bus. Any strollers must be collapsible and under the control of a parent.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! As long as they remain on a leash and under control. Costumes encouraged!

Will the event be canceled due to weather?

The Jingle Bell Run will be held rain, snow or shine. We do not have the ability to reschedule the event.

1:15 p.m.  - Introduction of Honorees
1:30 p.m. - 5k Chip timed runners
