Packet Pickup

Saturday, 12/7, 9am-10:30am Saint Mary’s School

Parking 

All parking is on-street parking. There are many small lots for businesses that are not open on Saturday in the area, and Cameron Village is a few blocks away. There is also a free garage a little further away on the State campus. However, we do recommend that people carpool if they can to make the parking situation optimal for everyone.

Schedule of Events

  • 9:00 Registration open
  • 9:30 Program
  • 10:00 Start of 1-mile
  • 10:30 Start of 5K! Runners line up in corrals according to their minutes/mile times – with fastest times at the front of the pack. Runners who are not competitive, racing strollers,  and walkers please go to the corrals at the rear of the pack
  • 11:15 Reindeer Dash
  • 11:30 Prizes and Awards

Registration

  • Online registration is open until Thursday at noon. We will have on-site registration beginning at 9 am on race day and available at packet pickup on Thursday.
  • Please remember that we take cash or checks only.

Refreshments

  • Complimentary refreshments will be provided to all runners, including fruit, bagels, and hot chocolate.

Bathrooms

  • Portapotties will be located near the registration tents and the race start line.
  • There is NO access to restrooms in any school buildings.

Inclement Weather

  • The Jingle Bell Run goes on rain or shine, we do not have the option for an alternate date. Should we have weather of a truly devastating nature and should we have to make the unusual decision to cancel the race, we will make arrangements to allow people to pick up the shirts they have paid for. 
  • We do not provide refunds, but since the event is a fundraiser for the Arthritis Foundation (a 501c3 organization) registrations and donations are tax-deductible.

Miscellaneous

  • We DO NOT allow dogs at the Jingle Bell Run. (You can always attend our Walk in the spring and bring them then for a great 5K walk.)
