Important Information:

This event is rain or snow, we will not postpone unless there is a state of emergency

Due to the Holiday, we will NOT have a pre-race packet pick up

  • All those pre-registered will go to the Registration Tent in the “Pre-Registration” (Packet Pick up only) line
  • A Separate Day of Registration line will be marked as well
  • All registered participants will receive a race bib, safety pins, jingle bells for your shoes and a long sleeve shirt. A bag will be provided as well to hold these items
  • Shirts can be picked up AFTER you register or check in at tent #3. Your ticket for the shirt is your race bib. The first 200 registrants will receive shirts
  • Donations of cash, check and credit card can be handed in on race day at the Registration Tent
  • Feel free to bring any water, food, chairs or other “tailgating” needs, as you can set up a team tent or meet up area on #11 in the map below
  • Water will be provided
  • Baked goods from Panera will be provided
  • Fruit from Thurston Foods will be provided
  • Post race beer and wine will NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE, details below
  • Post race food be available
  • Race Results will be posted here

*please note the Beer Garden is no longer on site due to the City of West Haven’s Police Department revoking an already permitted, paid and approved citation. Sorry for any inconvenience or misleading information prior to this event.

Beer from local Breweries will be available for you to take home in your race day bag (via a closed can).
