Team Tailgate and VIP Incentives - View Details 

Awards

Finisher Medals - All participants will receive a finisher medal upon completion of the Jingle Bell Run 5k and 1 mile. View Finisher Medal

Top Finishers – Prizes are given to the top three male and top three female overall finishers for the timed 5k.

Top Age Group Finishers - Medals are given to the top three male and top three female 5k timed finishers in each age group (top 3 male and female overall finishers are taken out of the age group division). The age groups are: 14 and under, 15 – 19, 20 – 24, 25 – 29, 30 – 34, 40 – 44, 45 – 49, 50 – 54, 55 – 59, 60 – 64, 65 – 69, 70 – 74, 75+

Costume Contest – Prizes are given to team and individual winners.

Shirts

All participants will receive a participant shirt. Sizes are unisex youth small – youth x-large and adult small – adult 3xl. Please visit “Incentives” to see how your team can get your team name on the back of your participant shirts. View Shirt

Dogs

Dogs are allowed on the course but not allowed inside the Chicago History Museum. If your dog is going to participate in our event, please begin walking near the end of the pack.

Strollers

Strollers are allowed but if you are using one please begin walking near the end of the pack.

Inclement Weather

The race will take place no matter rain or shine, snow or wind! Please dress according to the weather.

Parking Information/Transportation

Public Parking is conveniently located one block north of the Museum at Clark and LaSalle Streets. Enter on Stockton Drive: 1730 N Stockton Dr. If the sign says “Lot Full” ring the intercom and let the staff person know that you are attending an event at Chicago History Museum.

Parking in the public parking area will be $9 with Museum Validation. Please remember to take your parking ticket with you into the Museum. You can validate your parking at the front desk of the Museum. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards are accepted. Specially located spots are reserved for persons using mobility devices.

Transportation

The closest CTA station is Sedgwick on the brown and purple lines. Once at Sedgwick, turn left at street level and right at the first intersection on North Avenue and walk about two blocks east (10-minute walk).

The closest red line station is Clark/Division. From the red line, exit at Clark/Division and walk north on North Clark Street toward Dunkin Donuts (13-minute walk).

The closest bus stop to Chicago History Museum is Clark and North. Take the 22, 36 or 72 bus.
