How much does it cost to register?
5K Timed and Untimed
Registration through August 31st- $30
September 1st- October 31st- $35
November 1st- December 3rd - $40
Day of Event Registration- $45

Kids Run- Reduced Rate for kids 12 and Under.
Registration through October 31st- $15
November 1st- December 3rd- $20
Day of Event Registration- $25

Jingle In Your Jammies
Through December 3rd- $30

When does online registration close?
Online registration closes on Wednesday, December 4th at midnight. No exceptions will be made. 

After online registration is closed, can I still register?
YES! You can register in person at packet pickup or you can register the morning of the event at Passaic County Technical Institute. 

How do I get my packet?
Packet pickup for all Jingle Bell Run Wayne participants will be held at a select location during the week leading up to the race AND will also be available on race day.  Stay tuned for more details.

If you are not able to pick-up your packet prior to the event, you can pick it up prior

If you would like to pick up the packet for your entire team and your team has more than 10 people, please let us know in advance.  Please email [email protected] to let me know the name of your team.

Is there a gear check?
A gear check will not be available.  

Where do I park?
Parking is available at Passaic County Technical Institute.

Do I have to fundraise?
Jingle Bell Run Wayne raises funds for the Arthritis Foundation.  While there is no fundraising minimum, we highly encourage each registrant to raise a minimum of $150.  Participants can do this using their online fundraising headquarters, which is automatically created at the time of registration.

How do I turn in my donations?
Any checks can be sent to:

Checks should include a note as to who should get credit for the donation.

Donations can also be turned in on race day!

How can I get my company involved in the race?
Contact Nicole Lewis at [email protected] for sponsorship opportunities or other ways your business can be involved in the race!

Are dogs allowed?
Yes! Bring your furry friend with you! But please keep them outside of Passaic County Technical Institute.

What is the route for this run?
Please know the route is subject to change:

Are there awards for the top finishers?
Medals will be given to the top three overall male and female runners, as well as the top 3 male and female runners in each age category.

I will be out of town/busy on December 7- can I still get a shirt and/or fundraise?
Yes! During registration, chose the Jingle in Your Jammies option! You can still participate and fundraise with a team or as an individual. 

OR you can participate in one of other FESTIVE Jingle Bell Runs in New Jersey! Jingle Bell Run Monmouth is taking place at Bar Anticipation in Lake Como on Sunday, December 8. You can visit jbr.org/Monmouth for more information.   Jingle Bell Run Metuchen is taking place at Metuchen High School on Sunday, December 8. Visit jbr.org/metuchen for information. 

What if is snows on races day and the roads are icy and the weather person is telling us to stay inside?
Chances are Jingle Bell Run is still on! We won’t shut the event down unless the townships, we run through tell us to.   For updates from Jingle Bell Run, like us on Facebook (Arthritis Foundation New Jersey) or follow us on Instagram at JingleBellRunNJ.

Are registration fees refundable?
No, if you are unable to attend the Jingle Bell Run (for any reason), your registration fee will be considered a donation to the Arthritis Foundation.  You can still pick up your shirt at the Foundation office or request that it be mailed to you.  The Arthritis Foundation reserves the right to cancel the Jingle Bell Run, and in this event al registration fees will be used as donations to the Arthritis Foundation. 

Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
Yes, on the day of the event (before or after the run/walk). You will be provided with the size requested during registration and we must do the same for everyone.  Please understand that we do not order many extra shirts and sizes will likely be limited.
