After parking, and the recommended parking garage is the SP+ Parking Garage at 150 Potomac Passage, Oxon Hill, MD 20745, please make your way to The Carousel at National Harbor. The Carousel is located at 137 National Plaza, Oxon Hill, MD 20745, right on the water. Our festival area is located in the Carousel Parking Lot directly next to the Carousel as you can see in the picture.
