Frequently Asked Questions


Online registration closes at 10:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, December 6. On-site registration will be open at early packet pick-up at Ultimate Fit on December 8 and beginning at 11:30 a.m. on race-day. Race costs will increase by $5 for in-person registrations, and shirts are not guaranteed.

If you need to change from 5k timed to untimed or vice versa, you can do so at packet pick-up or visit the registration table the morning of the race by 12:00 p.m. CST.

Early Packet Pick-up

When: Saturday, December 8 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. CST
Where: Ultimate Fit - 1308 S Green River Rd, Evansville, IN 47715
Why: Avoid the long lines on race day, spin the prize wheel, and be entered for a chance to win dinner for 2 at the Tap House at the Tropicana! Everyone whose packet is picked up on Saturday (even if it is picked up by a spouse, friend, team captain, etc.) will have their name entered to win! Be sure to shop for your last-minute needs at Ultimate Fit while you are in the store- we appreciate their support as our “Jingle in July” Kick-off and Packet Pick-Up Sponsor!

Event Location

The attached parking garage will be open all day for race participants at no additional charge. Enter the event center door at the corner of the parking garage for easiest access to the race festivities. *It is not recommended to enter the hotel main doors to the lobby.

12:45 p.m. CST- Kids’ Reindeer Run 
1:00p.m. CST- 5k and 1-mile Run/Walk 
2:00 p.m. CST- Event Conclusion/Awards

Inclement Weather

Unfortunately, Mother Nature doesn’t always cooperate. In the event of inclement weather, we will post any cancellations or postponements on our Jingle Bell Run Facebook Group page. Please DO NOT check the website, as we don’t have the ability to update that in a timely fashion. We will make t-shirts available to all registrants at a later date for pick-up at Rise Up and Run. Note: If the race is not cancelled, and you chose not to attend, your race shirt will be forfeited. Shirts will only be mailed to those who have registered to “Jingle In Your Jammies”.
