When do registration fees increase?
The first increase will be on 9/1/18, as well as race day.

When does online registration close?
Thursday, November 15th at midnight.

After online registration is closed, can I still register?
YES! You can register in person at packet pick-up or the day of the event.

Are there awards for top finishers?
Medals will be awarded to the top three overall male and female chip timed runners, as well as the top three in each age category.

Are dogs allowed?
Yes! Please bring your furry friends with you, just please keep them on a leash and clean up after them! In fact there's a doggie costume contest!

Is there a Costume Contest?
Yes! Please wear your most festive snowflake, elf, ugly sweater, or any other costume you'd like.

I will be out of town/busy on November 17 - can I still get a shirt and/or fundraise?
Yes! you can still participate and fundraise with a team or as an individual if you aren’t able to attend the Jingle Bell Run. Just click the "register" button and when you are asked to designate a registration type, choose "Jingle in your Jammies". You will receive a shirt, and your registration fee will be greatly appreciated by the Arthritis Foundation!

How long is the Kids Run?
Approximately 100 Meters

What is the 5k route?
You can find a copy of the route map in your Participant Resources.

In the case of inclement weather, will the event be cancelled?
The event will be held rain or shine! It will be cancelled only if there are severe storms with lighting. We will send out a an email alert if the event has to be cancelled.

How do I turn in my donations?
Please contact Michelle Dooner at 901.341.4145 to schedule a time to drop off donations the Arthritis Foundation office. Feel free to bring them the day of the event.

Are strollers allowed?
Yes!
