Dogs are welcome to participate in the Jingle Bell Run Indy presented by Eli Lilly and Company, but only service dogs are allowed inside Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
We will have a special packet pick-up line for you right next to the escalators on event morning.
Only those with a race timing chip will be eligible for finisher prizes.
We will only have gear check for the participants who registered for our Express Pass.
To receive your shirt before event day, you must be registered for Jingle in Your Jammies by November 1. If you register for Jingle in Your Jammies after November 1, we will do our best to get your shirt to you before event day, but it is not guaranteed to arrive by December 8.
Packet Pick-up Details
This year we will host early packet pick-up on Thursday, December 6 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at four First Financial Bank locations across the city. Please email Tiffini at email@example.com by noon on Tuesday, December 4 with the location you would like to pick your packet up at or if you plan to pick-up your packet on race morning.

Once you have made a selection, we will not be able to change the location of your packet. If you are unable to pick up your packet at the location you selected, your packet will be available race morning starting at 7:00 a.m. inside Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
Day of parking will be available for FREE in the Virginia Street Garage (155 S. Delaware St.) just East of Bankers Life Fieldhouse until 11:00 a.m. Anyone arriving after that time will be charged. A skyway connects the Virginia Street Garage and Bankers Life Fieldhouse. View Parking Map
All events will be fully supported by volunteer course marshals as well as numerous representatives from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. Please be sure to follow any instructions from our course marshals and IMPD. It is four your safety and the safety of others.
We ask that anyone doing the 10k event maintain a 12 minute per mile pace. If you cannot keep up this pace, the police will ask you to move to the sidewalk.
Strollers: If you plan to bring a stroller, we ask that you start behind our competitive runners.
Water Station: We plan to have two water stops on the course, one at the 5k/10k split and one at the 10k half way point. These water stops are pending weather. If the weather is too cold, we may remove one or both water stops for your safety.
Inclement Weather: Unfortunately, Mother Nature doesn’t always cooperate. In the event of inclement weather, we will post any cancellations or postponements on our Jingle Bell Run Indy Facebook Group. Please DO NOT check the website, as we don’t have the ability to update that in a timely fashion. We will make t-shirts available to all registrants at a later date.
Race Finish: After crossing the Finish Line, participants will receive water and post-race food. The food is for registered runners and walkers only!
Awards: Overall and age group awards sponsored by Athletic Annex will be given near the indoor stage once results are received.
Overall awards will be given for both 5k and 10k to Overall winner, Top Male, Top Female and the top four teams.
Age group awards are awarded three (3) deep for each of the following groups: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and 70+ for both male and female.
Awards are based on chip time, NOT gun time.
