Walk to Cure Arthritis is the Arthritis Foundation’s nationwide signature event that unites communities across the country to put an end to arthritis. We aren't just helping the millions of people with arthritis to live better; we're charting the course to a cure.

Parking - Free parking is available and located in the lot directly across from the main entrance of the Activity Center/Ski Lodge or around the bend in the upper lot.

Event Schedule

Sunday, May 22, 2022

  • 9:00 a.m. – Registrations Opens
  • 9:00 a.m. – Arthritis Warrior Experience, featuring the Arthritis Warrior Quilt
  • 9:00 a.m. – Refreshments – Free to participants
  • 9:00 a.m. - Health & Wellness Expo - Complete the Scavenger Hunt game and enter to win a prize. Pick-up your game card at Registration.
  • 9:00 a.m. - Kids Zone – Special Guests “Belle, Rapunzel and “Snow White,” Cookies/Candy, Face Painting, Temporary Tattoos, Rock Painting, Goodie Bags, Games and more
  • 9:00 a.m. - Music by DJ April and West Allegheny Show Choir
  • 9:00 a.m. – Raffle
  • 9:00 a.m. – VIP/Team Tailgate (by invitation for Teams who raised $5,000+ and top sponsors)
  • 9:00 a.m. – Food Trucks
  • 9:50 a.m. – Arthritis Warrior Photo – next to DJ Tent
  • 10:00 a.m. Opening Ceremonies – National Anthem, Dog Costume Contest, Best T-Shirt Contest and Warrior Recognition Ceremony
  • 10:30 a.m. – Ready, Set, Go! – Walk (or run!) 1-mile, 2-mile or 5K
  • 11:30 a.m. – Post Walk Party – Music, Dancing and Food Trucks
