Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What health and safety measures will be in place?
Event details will be updated based on the latest CDC and local guidelines in December. Unless there’s a change in infection rates or CDC guidelines, the event will take place as it has in the past: completely underground at Meritex!
  2. How much does it cost to run?
Fees are the same for team members and participants. Click on Event Information for the schedule of fees and deadlines.
  3. When does registration close?
Online registration closes on Friday, December 3 but you will still be able to register on the day of the event.
  4. What do I get for my registration fee?
All participants will receive a Jingle Bell Run short sleeve t-shirt and a medal.
  5. How do I get my packet?
    Coming Soon.
  6. What if I can't make it to packet pickup?
You can pick up your shirt and race bib the morning of the race. Just come to the registration area to get your race packet.
  7. Where do I park?
The Meritex Executive Park is located at 17501 W. 98th Street in Lenexa, KS, just off of I-435 and 95th Street. Meritex is just west of Renner Boulevard and just south of Prairie Star Parkway/95th Street. Parking lot attendants will direct some vehicles to Meritex, but the staggering majority of attendees will park at the former Kiewit building, which is at 9401 Renner Boulevard. A fleet of heated motor coaches will transport you to Meritex.
  8. Are dogs allowed and can my dog run with me?
Unfortunately, no. Meritex is a privately owned facility, and the paved underground venue has no area for pets to take care of their business.
  9. Can I change my shirt size?
Bring your t-shirt to any of the packet pickup locations or to the Packet Pickup tend on race day to switch out your t-shirt size.
  10. I can't make it to the race, can I get a refund?
No, registration fees cannot be refunded or transferred. Your fundraising dollars are put to work immediately and enable The Arthritis Foundation to continue critical programs and services in our community.
  11. I registered for the wrong event. Can you move me to a different Jingle Bell Run event?
Yes, just reach out to Steve Rock at [email protected] and we can move your registration.
  12. What happens if it rains?
Jingle Bell Run is rain, snow, or shine!
  13. How do I turn in offline donations?
