Registration

How long is the Jingle Bell Run?

The Jingle Bell Run is a two-loop 5k (3.1 mile) course.

When does registration close?

Online registration closes at noon on Thursday, December 5, but in-person registration will be available at packet pick-up times and locations.

Finisher Medals

Do participants get finisher medals?

Yes! In addition to getting long-sleeved, holiday T-shirts, all participants will receive finisher medals as they cross the finish line.

Packet Pick-up

When can we pick-up our packets?

We strongly encourage participants to take advantage of our early packet pick-up opportunities to avoid race-day congestion. It's OK to pick up packets for others.

When: Friday, December 6 from Noon - 6:00 p.m.
Where: Arthritis Foundation, 1900 W. 75th Street, Suite 200, Prairie Village, KS

The Arthritis Foundation is located on the NW corner of 75th Street and State Line Road in the Capitol Federal bank building. Park on the north side of the building near the bank's drive-thru lanes and enter the glass doors. Take the elevator to Suite 200.

When: Saturday, December 7 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Where: Meritex Executive Park, 17501 W. 98th Street, Lenexa, KS

When: Sunday, December 8 (Event Day) at 7:30 a.m.
Where: Meritex Executive Park, 17501 W. 98th Street, Lenexa, KS

Meritex is located just off Interstate 435 and 95th Street/Prairie Star Parkway. Meritex is just west of Renner Boulevard and just south of Prairie Star Parkway/95th Street. Packet pick-up will be through the left-hand portal, and vehicles are allowed to enter the facility for packet pick-up.

Parking

Where do we park on event day?

We strongly encourage participants to carpool and ARRIVE EARLY. Limited parking is available at Meritex, but most participants will park at the nearby Kiewit building and take a heated shuttle to Meritex. Kiewit is located at 9401 Renner Boulevard, Lenexa, KS.

Entertainment and Prizes

Will there be activities while we wait for the event to start?

Absolutely! Magicians, live music, photo ops with Santa, special guests like Kansas City Royals mascot Slugger and various Star Wars characters, jugglers, carnival games, holiday decor, tons of free food and drinks, and more! Plus, we'll give away prizes like gift cards and holiday baskets - no purchase necessary! - to people who arrive early.

Pet Policy

Are dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, no. There are no grassy areas for dogs to take care of their business, so dogs and other animals are not allowed to enter Meritex at any time.
